Plant Order Policy

Shipping Days: Plants are shipped on Monday or Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.

Tracking & Delivery: Please monitor your tracking and bring plants inside promptly after delivery to prevent damage.

Risk of Loss or Damage: Once shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged plants and any transit delays.

Weather Delays: I reserve the right to delay shipping due to unsuitable weather. Your plant will be sent once conditions improve.

Temperature Considerations: A heat pack will be included if temperatures are low to help protect the plant.
